We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags still attached.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to use on a future order. Please allow a few business days for your refund to be processed.

Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Allow 24 to 48 hours to reply to return requests.
